Who makes all the Jewelry, is it from a  factory?

The designer and business owner, Ravi Scott makes all the pieces you see on the website. Ravi had two very popular stores on the island of Koh Tao, Thailand for many years. Her husband was diagnosed with cancer so she had to move to the US, and then COVID hit which forced he to close both her stores. So now her art is only available through the website and online stores.

Can I request a different color or size?

In most cases, Ravi has only made one of each piece, and they cannot be altered without being completely remade. Because each piece is one-of-a-kind and unique they are only sold as you see them listed. You can however get in touch for custom orders.

Are they waterproof?

Yes, most pieces are resilient and waterproof. They are designed to be worn everyday and withstand normal use by people who love the outdoors, attending festivals, and making the most of life.

Is there a warranty?

All pieces are guaranteed against defect and we accept full returns for any reason during the first 30 days. After the first 30 days from product received we cannot make any guarantees, but generally can fix any item for a small fee if all parts are sent back to us. This is done on a per-case basis, and we will not replace items that appear to have been misused or destroyed.

Are there any allergens or materials used that may irritate sensitive skin?

Most of the materials used are completely hypo-allergenic. No nickel or other irritating metals are used.
