3. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Himmapan Jewelry is not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within a certain number of days. All pieces made with waxed cotton cord are waterproof, durable, and long-lasting. They can be cleaned using a dry rag, or water and a small amount of soap. Any pieces with silver or brass can be polished using a skin safe jewelry polish.
