4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. All pieces made with waxed cotton cord are waterproof, durable, and long-lasting. They can be cleaned using a dry rag, or water and a small amount of soap. Any pieces with silver or brass can be polished using a skin safe jewelry polish.
