2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please email us at info@himmapanjewelry.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item, as well as the appropriate return shipping address.

3. Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Himmapan Jewelry is not responsible for any returned items lost or damaged during transit.

4. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to the original form of payment within a certain number of days. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your account.

All pieces made with waxed cotton cord are waterproof, durable, and long-lasting. They can be cleaned using a dry rag, or water and a small amount of soap. Any pieces with silver or brass can be polished using a skin safe jewelry polish.
